Fish
Our aim is to stock and supply as varied a range of species as possible, where
seasonal and weather permits. Whilst we specialise in local catches, we also
source more exotic species where suppliers can ensure that quality matches the
standards we demand.
Wet Fish
We offer a range of species such as Haddock, Cod, Sole, Turbot, Plaice,
etc. We also source fresh Tuna and other varieties where we can be assured of
the freshness and quality of produce.Our wet fish can be supplied rounded
(whole), cleaned, filleted, and specially prepared if requested.
Smoked Fish
The quality of Highland smoked fish is renowned throughout the world. We prepare
much of our own products and also source from many local smokers. We do not
source from suppliers who use chemical and flavourings to make their products as
we believe smoked fish should be done traditionally and by hand to ensure the
end product is to the highest standard. Our own smoker has decades of experience
that can be tasted in the flavouring of haddock, kippers, salmon (hot and cold
roasted). We also make our own pickeled herrings and other speciality products.
Home Delivery
Along with our regular markets and
fish run, we can also supply smoked and vacuum packed
products via courier (currently only throughout the UK). If you would like to
